The management of human
resource and a build-up of professional team have been
of increasing significance to the growth of a modern
enterprise. It is our unanimous agreement that productivity
and profit margin are derived from the human resource.
More specifically, we have implemented two major reforms
in human resource management system: first, at the beginning
of last year, we initiated competition for positions
in the headquarters; secondly, we substantially polished
up the compensation system, with the authorization of
the board of directors, linking salary with working
performance. The two reforms have produced positive
impact: a flexible employment mechanism has taken shape,
historical problems such as redundancy in employees
and positions were eliminated, our employees were motivated
and their knowledge structure and business competence
were greatly improved.
From then on, our company took on a new look from creating
a benign atmosphere in favor of talents, innovation
